‘I like what I’m seeing’: Fans react as Musa Mseleku steps out with MaKhumalo! [photos]

On 18 June, social media was abuzz with excitement as reality TV star Musa Mseleku stepped out in public with his third wife, Thobile MaKhumalo.

The excitement stems from the lack of recent photos of the couple across Musa’s online platforms.

Even when season nine wrapped, he only shared photos with his three other wives, but MaKhumalo’s photo was missing.

MUSA MSELEKU STEPS OUT WITH MAKHUMALO

Musa and MaKhumalo attended the 5th Durban Tourism Business Awards last night, held at the International Convention Centre (ICC), and boy, did they dress to impress!

The ever-stylish MaKhumalo wore a navy dress with floral embroidery, while Musa didn’t look bad either in a simple yet elegant grey suit.

The glitzy event was also attended by other celebrities, such as Jojo Robinson and Gugu Khathi and more.

Some fans were thrilled to see MaKhumalo and Musa together because they were not on good terms throughout season nine of Uthando Nes’thembu. Is this latest move an indicator that the couple is working on their marriage? Only time will tell.

FANS VOICE OUT THEIR THOUGHTS

Yours_Truly_Miss_J commented: Earthly King l’m happy to see you with Makhumalo.

Nontobeko_Ncube27 wrote: I think I like what I’m seeing, niqhubeke nithandane [continue loving each other], Babakhe [Musa] please, I don’t want to see Uma K cry because of you. Treat her with kindness bakithi.

Meanwhile, a few people pointed out the “tension” between the couple, noting that their body language gave it away.

Mandisa73052 commented: BODY LANGUAGE SAYS IT ALL.

Dlamini1157 added: Nibahle [You both look good]. But the tension is loud.

SEASON 9 WAS ONE FOR THE BOOKS

In season nine, everyone’s storylines revealed some level of complexities, but MaKhumalo’s experience was a hard pill to swallow as viewers felt Musa was hell-bent on tarnishing her reputation.

Due to the massive viewership and popularity of season nine, Mzansi Magic added four episodes, pushing its end from April to May 2026.
