Huge blow for Gomora fans as actress Velile Makhoba (Gugu) leaves the show

South African actress Velile Makhoba has bid farewell to the award-winning TV show Gomora, after her character came to an end.

The budding actress portrayed the character of Gugulethu in the telenovela, but all things pertaining to her character came to an end last week. Taking to her Instagram page she announced her exit and said Gomora has paved a golden road for her and sharpened her gift.

She also thanked her supporters who made sure that they tuned in every day to the show to watch her showcase her talent.

“My heart is full of gratitude because you guys as a production team made my god dream a reality…. Thank you for seeing potential that you believed was fit to work with, the whole team has been wonderful and kind to my soul, from the producers of the show down to my core workers, you made me feel at home and like I belong. Gomora has paved a golden road for me and sharpened my gift and I shall be graciously carry the love you guys have poured into me, I appreciate all of you. To my fans thank you for the love and support you guys have shown me I’ll forever be grateful futh ngyohlezi nginithanda. See on the next one this was just beginning,” she captioned the post.

Her followers took to the comment section to wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

Self-proclaimed amapiono king Kabza De Small has allegedly put a ring on it. This after his long-time girlfriend, Kamogelo Gello Moropa, shared pictures wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger.

Kamogelo posted one of her pictures on her social media page and captioned it “Mrs”. The couple got hitched in a private ceremony in September last year where Kabza De Small paid lobola. Learn More
