Swallows and AmaZulu have played out a goalless 45 minutes in their DStv Premiership tie at Dobsonville Stadium.

The Dube Birds steamed into the first half brightly, dominating possession but missing a couple of clear cut chances.

As the half wore on, momentum swung back in Usuthu’s favour, pushing forward in numbers – searching for an opener without any luck.

However, it was Maswaiswai who spent the majority of the first period toiling at the finish line of their opponents.
