‘He looks forced’: Twitter reacts to Quinton Jones’ viral video

Businessman Quinton Jones, who is Minnie Dlamini’s estranged husband, seems to be letting loose and having a good time amid their ongoing divorce.

The former American football player was recently spotted clubbing with a friend, much to the scrutiny of tweeps who drew several conclusions about his current state, with some claiming he was “dragged” to the club.

Fans have seen Minnie having the time of her life on several occasions since announcing her split from her husband and baby daddy, Quinton, in February. However, the same cannot be said about the businessman and producer who is hardly in the spotlight anyway.

A video of Quinton at a club with friends has set tongues wagging. Although the short clip only shows him seated on a couch with a friend, tweeps have zoned in and “analysed” him.

Tweeps are not convinced Quinton was having “the time of his life” in the recent clip. Many have concluded that he “looks out of place” and simply “wants to go home”. Others have even gone as far as labelling him “boring”, saying they understand why Minnie allegedly cheated.

Rumours of Minnie’s alleged cheating trended on social media last week. The Homeground presenter was alleged to have cheated on Quinton with controversial businessman, Edwin Sodi. Although the former couple released a statement on Tuesday 11 May where she disputed the allegations and labelled them “damaging and baseless,” fans were not convinced Quinton was in on the statement.

“Without saying much more, all the allegations made are false, damaging, and malicious. Fabrications of such a damaging manner are both unnecessary and hurtful in a matter that is already sensitive to us… These baseless rumours affect not only us but our child,” the statement read in part.
