Self-proclaimed political fixer Brown Mogotsi is appearing before the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court today, where his defence is seeking to compel the state to provide further details and evidence ahead of his trial.
Mogotsi faces charges including unlawful possession of a firearm, discharging a firearm in a built-up area, perjury and defeating the ends of justice, linked to an alleged staged shooting in Vosloorus in November 2025.
