Disbarred lawyer and former reality TV personality Peet Viljoen is currently appearing in the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court in Pretoria, where he is applying for bail on around 400 charges including fraud, theft, forgery, corruption and perjury linked to an alleged R27 million property fraud scheme from 2010 involving forged municipal properties.
