Gospel singer Ayanda Ntanzi feels let down after Kabza De Small remixed his song “Spirit of Praise” without asking for permission.

Ntanzi told TshisaLIVE that he only found out about the remix when the song started trending.

“People called me, saying I had worked with Kabza De Small. I was surprised, as I knew nothing about it. I found the remix on YouTube. It’s not bad, but I wish he’d asked first,” Ntanzi said.

Ntanzi’s team contacted Kabza but received no response.

The singer expressed the need for respect and professionalism in the music industry. He mentioned that he would have agreed to the remix if Kabza had asked, noting his past collaborations with DJ Cleo.

In July, some Christians criticised Ntanzi’s flying entrance at his show, calling it “demonic,” while others compared it to performances by Beyoncé and Chris Brown.

Ntanzi later addressed the criticism, stating that people should let him praise God in his own way. He told critics not to judge, saying everyone should worship as they choose.
