Marumo Gallants take on Kaizer Chiefs this afternoon at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium, and this is how the two teams will line-up for the fixture.

Both teams finds themselves on the wrong end of the DStv Premiership table after six games, and will be looking for three points to improve their current positions.

Chiefs are currently 14th and will be looking for their third league win of the season. A victory would see them jump up seven places to seventh spot.

Meanwhile, Gallants are bottom, and still seeking their first win of the season. They have however only lost once this season, with five draws in their other games. A win would move them up to eleventh.

There have been just four previous meetings between the two teams, with Chiefs holding a slight edge in the head-to-head record. Chiefs have two wins, while Gallants have won once (before their rebranding) and there has been one draw. Their last meeting was a 1-0 victory for Chiefs in May, while the corresponding fixture last season ended in a goalless draw.

Here’s how they line up:

Marumo Gallants XI: tbc.

Kaizer Chiefs XI: Khune, Solomons, Nj. Ngcobo, Kwinika, Hlanti, Matlou, Maart, Sithebe, Du Preez, Sekgota, Dolly

Subs: Petersen, Mathoho, Blom, Nange, Mashiane, Radebe, Dove, Mahlatsi, Bimenyimana
