Galaxy coach Ramovic using FIFA break to fix ‘mini crisis’ |

While some DStv Premiership clubs are on a break, TS Galaxy head coach Sead Ramovic has been hard at work with his troops, making use of the FIFA international break to fix ‘mini crisis’ faced by the club.

The Rockets are enduring a poor run of form as they have failed to register a win in their last five league games and also find the back of the net.

The Mpumalanga-based side was held to a goalless draw by DStv Premiership newbies Richards Bay in their last game before the FIFA break.

WHEN DID GALAXY LAST SCORE?

Galaxy last scored a goal in the DStv Premiership when they defeated SuperSport United 2-0 at Mbombela Stadium a month ago.

Galaxy have seemingly had a dip in form, and Ramovic is using the international break to fix the goal-scoring challenges.

“I think we started well but during the game we missed some of our opportunities and of course it’s not easy to play against a well organized team like Richards Bay,” Ramovic told the media.

“I think they were only dangerous on set pieces but we are happy with a point, we were gonna be more happy to get three points but a point is a point.

“We wanted to get as many points as we can before the break, now we’ll have two more games[against Marumo Gallants and Swallows] at our home stadium, we’ll try to do our best,” he added.

The 43-year old mentor has also lamented on the importance of working as a team to seek improved form.

“We have a chance now for two weeks break, so we will have a chance to even improve and I believe a lot in my team, I believe a lot in my staff and I belive a lot in myself,” declared the German coach.

“I’m not absolutely afraid that we will do the right things and do things to score and win games, it’s just now we have this mini crisis.

Galaxy are 10th on the log standings after eight games played so far this campaign.

The 2018 Nedbank Cup champions won two games, drawn four and lost in two outings.
