🚨 “GAGASH”, CHARLOTTE TIBANA AND TWO CO-ACCUSED BACK IN COURT ON FRIDAY
The alleged deceased-estate fraud and money-laundering case involving Peter “Gagash” Nonyane, his wife Charlotte Tibana, her younger sister Rirhandzu Tibana and Jabulani Maluleke has been postponed to Friday, 2 October 2026, at the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court.
The four face proceedings linked to the alleged misappropriation of deceased-estate funds. The allegations remain before the court.
