Former transnet CEO Brian Molefe has been arrested by NPA

Brian Molefe, Anoj Singh, Nonhlanhla Mhkize and others have been arrested in relation to the Transnet multimillion matter this morning. Arrests were affected by the NPA’s Investigating Directorate assisted by the Hawks.
It’s understood the arrests are in connection with a R93 million corruption and fraud case in which five other people have already been charged
Brian Nemavhidi, the regional magistrate presiding over the matter in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court, warned the accused they must appear in court when ordered.
