Former PSL Prosecutor Nande Becker Passes Away

The Premier Soccer League have announced the sad passing of former prosecutor Nande Becker.

Becker served the PSL as prosecutor until November 2021 when he resigned and was eventually replaced by Zola Majavu.

“The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has just learned of the passing of Mr. Nande Becker former PSL Prosecutor, who succumbed to a long illness,” the league said via a statement.

“We would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to the Becker family for the loss of the patriarch of the family.

“May his soul repose peacefully.”

Becker, a practising attorney with 36 years of experience, had been serving as the PSL prosecutor from 1 January 2013 until he resigned last year.
