Former England and Liverpool frontman Daniel Sturridge have been released by the Australian club, Perth Glory.
Sturridge joined Perth in the 2021/22 campaign but the club decided to let him go when his contract expires following yet another injury-hit season.
The 32-year-old footballer started just one game of the six matches that he played without finding the back of the net.
The Australian side ended the campaign bottom of the 12-team A-League with four wins from 26 outings.
He previously represented teams such as Manchester City, Chelsea, and West Brom, with his latest attempt to resurrect his career-ending in tears after being released by Perth Glory.
Sturridge played 26 times for England, scoring eight goals.
