Fixtures, dates, venues + predictions

The fixtures, dates, venues and kick-off times have all been confirmed for the quarter-finals of this season’s MTN8.

The first two quarter-finals will take place on Saturday, 2 August, with the second two scheduled for Sunday, 3 August.

In the opening match, Orlando Pirates will host Polokwane City at the Orlando Stadium at 15:00.

That will be followed by the clash between Sekhukhune United and TS Galaxy at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium at 18:00.

Sunday’s fixtures will see Stellenbosch FC and AmaZulu FC do battle at the Cape Town Stadium (15:00), followed by the match between Mamelodi Sundowns and Richards Bay at the Lucas Moripe Stadium at 18:00.

Orlando Pirates are the defending champions.

The overall winner will walk away R10 million richer with the other seven sides all pocketing R1 million.
