Fikile Mbalula to oversees Easter Weekend traffic influx

Fikile Mbalula, Minister of transport will be working closely together with the law enforcements to ensure that thousands of road users who will be travelling to different destination for the Easter Long Weekend abides by the road rule.

The influx flow of traffic is expected this afternoon. Mbalula has ensured that more law enforcement will be deployed during this busy weekend to main law and order.

“We are cognisant that this is going to be one of the most challenging Easter weekends as we expected increased volumes of traffic. We will increase law enforcement and we call for responsible driving.
