Fans couldn’t help but notice how confident Rachel Kolisi, the estranged wife of Springboks captain Siya Kolisi, was when filming her latest Get Ready With Me video.

Mom of two Rachel Kolisi shared a Get Ready With Me video as she goes on a quick trip and media tour prepping for her documentary Falling Forward. The video opens with Rachel letting in some sunshine into her room, doing her hair, skin care and make up. She then changes and is on her way to a radio station for an interview.
She does another engagement, grabs some food and then lands back home in Cape Town.

Back in February 2025, Rachel shared her first Get Ready With Me video alongside Siya’s sister Liphelo.
Rachel is currently gearing up for her Falling Forward tour, which comes as she heals from her split from the Springboks captain. Siya and Rachel were married for eight years before announcing their split in October 2024. The pair have two beautiful children together – Nicholas (11) and Keziah (9).
Siya has since moved on with 25-year-old influencer Rachel John. The duo were spotted on “baecation” in Victoria Falls in January, the same place as Siya and Rachel (Kolisi) went on their honeymoon in 2016.
While waiting to fetch their son from school, Siya opened up about his struggle with Afrikaans in school, as he revealed his son was disappointed wuth his mark, which he would have “done so much” for.
