Controversial North West businessman and alleged political fixer Brown Mogotsi was called to the Madlanga Commission which is probing criminality, political interference, and corruption in the criminal justice system to testify in Phase Two and respond to allegations made against him.
Mogotsi was previously accused of acting as a middleman between former Police Minister Senzo Mchunu and alleged crime figure Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala, with claims of having prior knowledge of confidential police decisions, such as the disbandment of the Political Killings Task Team (PKTT).
