England have announced that Gareth Southgate will stay on as England Manager and lead the Three Lions into the 2024 European Championship.
England had been knocked out from 2022 FIFA World Cup by France, losing the quarter-final 2-1.
There were initial question marks over Southgate’s future, but the FA now confirmed he will continue.
Southgate has been England manager since September 2016, winning 52 of his 82 matches in charge.
The 52-year-old lead England to a fourth place at the 2018 FIA World Cup, a second place at the 2020 Euro and now a quarter-final at this year’s World Cup.
His side also came in third at the inaugural UEFA Nations League, but were relegated to the B League after failing to win any of their six games in this year’s edition.
