South African-born billionaire Elon Musk slammed his own transgender daughter in the comments section of a tweet on X.

Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk got into a bit of an online debate against Gov. Gavin Newsom’s press office over his transgender daughter Vivian Musk. Vivian Musk, who was born as Xavier Musk, changed her name and gender in 2020. She is known to have an estranged relationship with her father.
The govenor’s press office took a jab at Musk saying his daughter hates him.
“Correct. We’re sorry your daughter hates you, Elon,” read the tweet by the governor’s press office.
Musk then went on to call Vivian his “son,” and bringing up the “woke mind virus”. The Pretoria-born billionaire went on to name his “three” daughters. He is believed to be a father of 14.
“I assume you’re referring to my son, Xavier, who has a tragic mental illness caused by the evil woke mind virus you push on vulnerable children. I love Xavier very much and hope he recovers,” wrote Musk.
“My daughters are Azure, Exa (she goes by Y) and Arcadia, and they do indeed love me very much,” he continued.
Musk then pinned a post on his profile in which he wrote, “If you have a womb, you are a woman. Otherwise, you are not.”
This comes as Vivian schooled her followers on apartheid in South Africa.

Musk previously opened up about his thoughts on minors receiving gender surgery in a 2024 interview with Dr. Jordan Peterson. He claims he was “tricked” into giving consent for Vivian to go on puberty blockers.
“It happened to one of my older boys, where I was essentially tricked into signing documents for one of my older boys, Xavier. This is before I had any understanding of what was going on. COVID was going on, so there was a lot of confusion, and I was told Xavier might commit suicide if he doesn’t,” Musk told Peterson.
“I lost my son, essentially. They call it deadnaming for a reason. The reason it’s called ‘deadnaming’ is because your son is dead. So, my son Xavier is dead, killed by the woke mind virus.”
Musk added that he “vowed to destroy the woke mind virus.”
