Preparation

  • Take one or two garlic buds and chop them.
  • Pour the mash in a glass and fill it with water.

You will choose to use cold or warm water, the only taste that is good is when it is cold. You can just use warm water to burst out the garlic flavor out and leave it to cool down then drink. Do not boil it cause it will taste awful, unless you will mix with honey or cinnamon to hide the garlic taste of you don’t like it.
