Donald

Singer Donald has responded gracefully after being mocked online for his appearance at the 2025 Miss South Africa pageant.

The star became a trending topic when controversial X user Musa Khawula shared a photo of him at the event with the caption, “Donald looking hungry at the 2025 Miss South Africa pageant.”

Instead of engaging in the negativity, Donald took to his X (formerly Twitter) account to thank fans for their unwavering support and to remind everyone of his resilience in the face of criticism.

“Thank you guys again for the continued love and support, I’m forever grateful and do not take any of it for granted. I want to also assure you that I do not get moved by negative comments towards me and my music career, it’s been happening since the first year I came onto the scene and it’s been 16 years of Donald and we still going strong,” he wrote.

The Over the Moon hitmaker made it clear that no amount of trolling can discourage him from pursuing his passion.

“I will be here doing what I was born to do until the casket goes down and that’s a promise I plan to keep,” he added.

Fans praised Donald for his maturity and positivity, applauding him for choosing gratitude over negativity.
