The case involving the murder of popular media personality Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock has been postponed to Tuesday, 13 January 2026 at the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court.

The postponement will allow the accused, 44-year-old Victor Majola, to formally apply for bail.

Killed in Johannesburg CBD

Majola is accused of murdering Stock, who was shot and killed outside a building in Johannesburg on 16 December 2025.

At the time of the shooting, DJ Warras’s security company had been contracted to provide security services at the premises.

The case has attracted widespread public attention due to Stock’s prominence in the media industry, with colleagues and supporters closely following developments.

Majola remains in custody pending his next court appearance.
