DJ Dimplez Tragic Cause Of Death Revealed
When we learned of DJ Dimplez’s death and that it was from natural causes, the blow was devastating enough. But the bombshell reveal has made us go from grieving to asking why this had to happen.
On Sunday, 6 March we learned the SA Hip Hop star was found dead at his home after he collapsed. His family has since released a statement asking for space and respect as they mourn the untimely passing of their son.

In their statement, they further went on to reveal the cause of death saying DJ Dimplez suffered from a sudden brain haemorrhage that took his life on Sunday. “It is with deep sadness that the Mooi family announces the untimely passing of Boitumelo Athiel Mooi, popularly known as DJ Dimplez. He passed away 6 March 2022, from a sudden brain haemorrhage,” the statement read.
The family asks for respect and space as they process the “tragic passing” of the DJ. “We ask for your space and respect as we process Tumi’s tragic passing. Thank you for your understanding.”
Those who were with him last night, said last night he broke down and cried after his set.
