Diddy hit with fresh lawsuit for sexual assault, says report

A new lawsuit has reportedly been filed by an unnamed man claiming Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sexually assaulted him as a minor.

Only known as John Doe, the man says he met Diddy at a networking event in Hollywood, where the entertainment mogul.

According to TMZ, which has court papers of the lawsuit, the man says the rapper invited him for a private conversation about career opportunities.

Once alone, Diddy allegedly ‘rubbed on parts of his body’ before allegedly ‘performing oral sex’ on the man while also pleasuring himself. He claims he told Diddy he was uncomfortable before the oral sex, reports Daily Mail.

Damages sought by the man are reportedly unspecified.

Diddy’s legal problems started in November 2023 when his ex, singer and model Cassie Ventura, sued him for rape, physical abuse, and sex trafficking. The lawsuit was settled within 24 hours for $20 million (R329,805,404).

56-year-old Diddy is currently in FCI Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution, a low-security federal prison located on a joint military base in New Jersey, on a 50-month sentence after being convicted on federal charges of transporting people to engage in prostitution.

The father of seven is expected out in April 2028.
