Chef Desmond Scott was seen kissing a mystery woman at Houston bar Sante just days after estranged wife, popular TikTok star Kristy Scott filed for divorce.

TMZ reports that Desmond Scott was seen kissing a mystery woman at Houston bar Sante on Sunday night (11 January). Take a look at the clip here. This was just one day after he released a statement addressing the divorce via an Instagram Story.
He first apologised to Kristy, stating the mother of his kids will always come first. Desmond said that he is committed to being a present father to their two sons.
“I want to begin by apologising to Kristy, our family, and everyone who has been impacted by the public attention surrounding this situation. I know this news has been disappointing for many, and I’m truly sorry for the hurt it has caused,” he wrote.
“Kristy is the mother of my children, and that will always come first. I remain fully committed to being an active, present, and loving parent to our boys, as I have always been,” he continued.
Desmond also seemingly admitted to infidelity saying he “made choices he was not proud of.” However, he also stated that he wanted to separate towards the end of 2025.
“Kristy and I faced challenges and made sincere efforts to work through them. Toward the end of 2025, I wanted to separate, and had conversations with Kristy regarding this. During this period, I made choices that I am not proud of. I took responsibility for those actions, I shared this with her directly and personally, and ultimately we decided to divorce,” he added.

KRISTY SCOTT FILES FOR DIVORCE, ‘ALLEGED INFIDELITY’
TMZ also broke the news of Kristy filing for divorce from Desmond with “alleged fidelity” having completely wiped out any reasonable chance of reconciliation. The pair were married for 11 years, having celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary with a lavish party.
Kristy and Desmond met when they were just 14 and 15 years old, respectively. The pair dated in middle school. Kristy and Desmond got married in 2014, where they were 19 and 20 years old respectively. Together they have two sons – Westin and Vance.
The report says the former married couple would soon stop living together. This comes after they spent years building their dream home together. Kristy posted photos in what fans believe to be her “revenge dress” and are convinced she is keeping the home in the divorce because of this caption.
