D1296 ROAD CLOSED AFTER TRUCK INCIDENT
The Limpopo Department of Transport and Community Safety has advised motorists that the D1296 road between the R555 and R37 via Mangabane has been completely closed to traffic following an incident involving a truck.
The road will remain closed until the truck is recovered.
Motorists are advised to use alternative routes:
– From the R37: Join the R555 towards Burgersfort.
– From Steelpoort: Continue towards Burgersfort and then join the R37.
The Department has urged motorists to exercise extreme caution, plan their journeys accordingly and use the recommended alternative routes.
