Cyan Boujee shuts down pregnancy rumors

Influencer and DJ Cyan Boujee has finally spoken out amid growing speculation that she may be pregnant with DJ Maphorisa’s child.

The rumours gained traction after Cyan announced an eight-month break from performing, a move many social media users interpreted as a quiet step into motherhood.

The YouTuber-turned-DJ addressed the claims during a live reaction to a post suggesting she was expecting a baby with the award-winning producer.

Cyan dismissed the speculation, making it clear that pregnancy is not part of her current plans and would interfere with her long-term ambitions.

“I wouldn’t sabotage myself like that. I really want to focus on other things. I want to focus on my actual goal in life,” she said.

Known for her blunt and unapologetic honesty, Cyan went a step further by addressing her alleged romantic ties to DJ Maphorisa.

She openly stated that while she might consider dating him for financial reasons, having a child together was completely off the table.

“I would probably date Maphorisa for money, but I wouldn’t let him have a child with me,” she added.

Her comments sparked intense reactions online, with critics flooding her comment section and dissecting her remarks.

Some questioned her tone, while others reignited speculation about her relationship with Maphorisa, especially given their growing public closeness.

The situation has also been viewed through the lens of Cyan’s ongoing tension with Maphorisa’s on-again, off-again partner Thuli Phongolo, with some social media users framing her response as another chapter in the highly publicised drama.
