Customer Assistant – Traffic Controller (x7)

Primary objective :

The purpose of this position is to work in a team that manages all aspects of traffic control and visitor access while ensuring an awe-inspiring experience to Cableway visitors.

Requirements:

• Must be asse
• Must be able to communicate clearly and articulately.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must have experience in customer servic
• Must be able to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skill

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Manages access points with a friendly, professional,helpful and polite mann
• Provides information and assistance to visitors of the cabl
• Regulates traffic and pedestrian fl
• Manages tour bus and taxi parking area.
• Patrols designated areas to monitor and prevent hazards and breach
• Protects property and visitors from theft,damage,or accidents
• Provides a visible presence that enforces safety and securi
• Identifies andinvestigates suspicious behaviour, threats and irregular activity.
• Responds to alarms and requests for help.
• Uses radio or other communication devices in a clear and concise manner
