Couple shot and killed while watching TV

Couple shot and killed at Ngxoki Administrative Area, in the Eastern Cape, last night, 18 June 2022 at about 20:00.

It is alleged that the family were in their home watching TV when two unknown men entered and fired shots to both husband (53) and his wife (48). They both died. Their two children were unhurt.

“A case of double murder is under investigation and police are following the leads the motive for the killing is not known at this stage,” said Station Commander, Captain Matomane
