Connie remembers Shona in sweet post

Actress and producer Connie Ferguson has once again touched hearts with an emotional tribute to her late husband, Shona Ferguson.

Taking to Instagram, the Kings of Joburg star shared a video of a light-hearted moment between them, where Shona could be seen playfully teasing her.

In her caption, Connie reflected on the beautiful memories they shared.

“The way he used to harass me! 😂 I miss you annoying me Dawg! 🥹 Thinking about you and missing you is just part of me now, and I’m okay with it. You are UNFORGETTABLE! You are in me, and I LOVE YOU FOREVER. ❤️ Long live my KING! 👑”

The video has since gone viral, with fans and fellow celebrities flooding the comment section to send love and support to the grieving widow, who continues to honour her husband’s memory.

Shona Ferguson, a beloved actor and film producer, tragically passed away on 30 July 2021 at the age of 47 due to COVID-19-related complications.

His sudden death left South Africa in shock, as he was not only known for his roles in popular shows like The Queen and Rockville, but also for building one of the country’s most successful entertainment production companies, Ferguson Films, alongside Connie.

Since his passing, Connie has continued to share glimpses of their life together while keeping his legacy alive both personally and professionally.
