There’s growing concern about the rising numbers of kidnapping in the country. Since March this year, a total of 34 people were reported kidnapped in the Western Cape alone.
A 35-year-old Ukrainian woman, Anna Penev, was kidnapped and reunited with her family a week after she was taken. Another incident that shocked the nation, is that of a Chinese woman who was kidnapped at a liquor store in Bellville.
Although there’s a national task team set up to tackle kidnappings, the cases are still rising.

After claims that DJ Sithelo Shozi has abandoned her mother in a wrecked and dilapidated house. She quickly took to social media to rubbish those claims.
It wasn’t until another tweep retweeted about Sithelo Shozi while raising the claims that she is a slay queen that is neglecting her own mother.
