Music producer Chymamusique has set off a fierce online debate after alleging that emergency medical services (EMS) personnel steal from accident scenes.

Taking to X, the producer who recently survived a fatal accident wrote that EMS officials “steal at the accident scenes alongside the tow truck drivers.”

The controversy sparked when radio host Mshana ka Malume asked people to “Name one thing about this gang (EMS)?”

Chyma’s response split social media users almost instantly.

Some echoed the accusations, claiming to have witnessed similar incidents at crash sites.

Others strongly rejected the narrative, defending paramedics and emergency workers who often operate under intense, high-risk conditions to save lives.

At the time of publication, EMS authorities had not issued an official response to the allegations.

A fan reacted to the producers claim with, “There’s a vid you mention that someone tried to search your pockets while you were unconscious. I suppose you were referring to the EMS team or Tow truck drivers.”

He affirmed the claim, “Yes they were the ones searching.”
