Music producer Chymamusique, whose real name is Collen Ntala Mmotla, is counting his blessings after surviving the horrific car accident that claimed the life of his friend, DJ Poizen.

The Limpopo-born star recently shared photos and clips from the crash scene, along with heartfelt messages reflecting on how fragile life can be.

Posting on Instagram Stories on Wednesday, 10 September 2025, the SAMA-winning artist wrote:

“God, you know why. You’re the author and the finisher of our lives. Sorry, and please help us all. We are your children, and we have seen your powerful hand. May we find healing and strength for each day of our lives.”

Chymamusique, who had earlier posted pictures from his hospital stay after undergoing multiple operations, also used his platform this week to bid farewell to DJ Poizen, making it clear that the tragedy has left a deep mark on him.
