South African music producer Chymamusique has responded sharply to a social media user who questioned how he spends his money following his recent accident and recovery.

The producer, who survived a serious road accident earlier this year, previously received financial support from fans to help cover a shortfall in his medical bills.

However, after Chymamusique posted photos of a car and a snapshot of himself behind the steering wheel, subtly revealing his wristwatch, one X user reacted critically.

“Give us our donations back if this is the shit you’re doing with our money,” the fan wrote.

The comment did not sit well with the producer, who quickly fired back, challenging the user to provide proof of having contributed.

“Send proof of your donation & I’ll send it to you x1000, can’t see your name on the list of those who voluntarily donated towards my medical aid shortfall,” he responded.

He further added: “You are sick, Go get help. I feel sorry for people who have to deal with you everyday in real life.”

The exchange has since garnered lots of attention, with a majority siding with the DJ.
