Chiefs & Richards Bay Starting XIs Announced

Kaizer Chiefs are set to host Richards Bay FC at a sold out Moses Mabhida Stadium this evening, and the two teams have confirmed their starting line-ups for the game.

Amakhosi are currently 13th on the log, while Natal Richboyz are sitting in fourth going into the game.

Richards Bay are yet to taste a defeat this season after a near-perfect start, claiming two wins and one draw in their opening three games. The Ephefeni Glamour Boys, meanwhile, have already tasted two defeats this season, losing against Royal AM and Mamelodi Sundowns.

Amakhosi and Richards Bay have only met once previously, which was in the Nedbank Cup last 16 in 2021 where the then GladAfrica Championship side came out on top with 2-1 at FNB Stadium.

Arthur Zwane made several changes to his selection, including a switch of goalkeeper, with Brandon Petersen replacing Bruce Bvuma.
