It is believed that Andile Mpisane lives in his family’s mansion located in the affluent suburbs of La Lucia in Durban, Kwa Zulu-Natal. The house is so big that it is sometimes compared to a five-star hotel.
According to sources, Andile Mpisane’s parents- Shauwn Mkhize and Sbu Mpisane bought the property in the mid-1990s, expanded the estate and renovated it in the next few years into a modern palace of sorts.
In 2007, Andile Mpisane’s parents reportedly bought property adjacent to their home at a whopping R2.5 million and they converted it into a car showroom.
In 2014 they bought another neighbour’s plot of land at around R2.9 million. They reportedly demolished the existing structures in the new property and converted it into a teenage entertainment pad for their only son- Andile Mpisane. According to sources, over R2 million was used to construct the entertainment pad.
