Cassper expresses unhappiness with the judges’ decision and asks for a re-match

The moment all South Africans had all been waiting for finally arrived – the boxing match between Cassper Nyovest and Naakmusiq.

The two musicians faced each other at the Sun Arena, Sun City in an enthralling 6-round face-off.

Cassper dominated the first two rounds until Naak came to the party from round three up until five. Cassper gave Naak some heavy punches from early on but he had a good fighting spirit and was able to hold them off and landed a lot of jabs of his own.

This final decision was down to the three judges. Two voted in favour of Naakmusiq while one voted in favour of Cassper Nyovest.

Social media users were divided over the decision as many thought a draw would’ve been a fair score. Cassper took to social media to express his dissatisfaction with the decision and asked for a re-match.
