Buntu Petse joins ‘Inimba’ | Bona Magazine

Actress and TV presenter, Buntu Petse has officially joined Mzansi Magic’s fan favourite and award-winning telenovela, Inimba for its second season.

Buntu who is popular for characters she played on Generations: The Legacy and Miseducation to name a few, will play the character of Portia who will be joining Khusela Technologies. This is after she was snatched before she joined Khusela Tech’s direct competition, Zondo Technologies. She joins a sterling cast that includes Lunathi Mampofu, Loyiso Macdonald, Siyabonga Shibe and many others.

Buntu’s character is expected to ‘shake things up’ by causing drama between rival companies Khusela Technologies and Zondo Technologies. Produced by Milton Empire, Inimba is an IsiXhosa telenovela that tells a story of Zoleka Bikitsha (played by Lunathi Mampofu) a business woman that gave birth to Qhawekazi (played by Ayakha Ntunja), but chose her career over her; leading her to leave Qhawekazi for 20 years.

Inimba has had its viewers discuss the storyline on the social media platforms, leading it to be the most talked about telenovela online. The creator of Inimba, Siphosethu Tshaphu and his team have kept the ball rolling with the second season, still keeping viewers glued on their screens with a riveting storyline. Currently the viewers are looking forward to see if the newly opened Zondo Technologies will succeed, and what exactly happened in the hotel room the night Nozamile Ngcukana passed away.
