Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos has revealed new frustrations with the Premier Soccer League in arranging a meeting with the club coaches.
The Belgian tactician announced his preliminary squad for the friendlies against Guinea and France at the end of the month, making several changes to his squad.
However, he also once again revealed his frustrations with the league after they seemingly blocked him from meeting the club coaches.
“Honestly, I have to say no and it’s a pity,” he told Andile Ncube when asked whether his relationship with the league’s coaches has improved.
“I’ve already tried two times to meet with the coaches but every time the league doesn’t accept it. I don’t know why.
“When I did it in August, they said not possible and I did it again in December and they didn’t even send my letter to the clubs.
“This is unbelievable, again I hope that I can have a meeting with the league in the next weeks because it can’t go on like this, we can’t work like this.
“Then if that can be ok, as soon as possible I’d like to meet the coaches. As I said four months ago, I hope it will be ok. I can’t say now [it’ll be ok] because my relationship with the league is not very good.”
Bafana take on Guinea on 25 March before facing world champions France four days later.
