Hugo Broos has announced his Bafana Bafana starting XI to face eSwatini at FNB Stadium this evening.

The Belgian tactician is currently unbeaten in nine matches, a run dating back to June 2022 when they lost 2-1 in Morocco.

However, Bafana have since won six matches, including the crucial 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers in Liberia and at home against Morocco to book their AFCON ticket.

The upcoming international friendlies against eSwatini on Friday night and AFCON hosts Ivory Coast next week are serving as preparation for next month’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers and the AFCON in January.

Bafana have won their last five direct duels with eSwatini, including a 2-1 win in the recent COSAFA Cup.

Here is how they line up:

Bafana XI: Mothwa, Mobbie, Xulu, Sibisi, Modiba, Mokoena, Blom, Zwane, Mayo, Mayambela, Foster.

Subs: Goss, Hlongwane, Kekana, Mthethwa, Williams, Mdantsane, Mako, Lepasa, Mvala, Mudau, Mothiba, Sithole
