The murder case of Johannesburg businessman and taxi boss Victor Mthethwa Majola (44) and alleged Mozambican hitman Armindo Joaquim Pacula has been postponed to 27 July after Majola failed to appear in the Johannesburg High Court due to what the State described as a mix-up of dates.
Pacula, who appeared in court, faces charges of premeditated murder, conspiracy to commit murder and contravening the Immigration Act, while Majola faces charges of premeditated murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
The pair are accused of the December 2025 killing of popular DJ Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock outside the Zambesi Building near the Carlton Centre in Johannesburg’s CBD, with the State alleging Majola orchestrated the murder and Pacula carried out the fatal shooting. Both accused remain in custody.
