NPA withdraws fraud, corruption charges against Crime Intelligence boss Dumisani Khumalo and six co-accused
The National Prosecuting Authority has withdrawn fraud and corruption charges against SAPS Crime Intelligence head Lieutenant-General Dumisani Khumalo and six co-accused.
The decision follows a review by NDPP Andy Mothibi after the Madlanga Commission heard that the IDAC investigation was incomplete and that Brigadier Dineo Mokwele was in fact qualified for the technical support role.
