Fadiel Adams unlikely to testify at Madlanga Commission today
Fadiel Adams is unlikely to give evidence before the Madlanga Commission this morning, despite being subpoenaed to appear at 09:30.
The Commission’s evidence leaders only received his sworn affidavit and annexures after 21:00 on Monday night. As a result, they are expected to request a postponement so that necessary consultations can take place before he testifies.
Commission spokesperson Jeremy Michaels confirmed the development in a public statement issued today, Tuesday, 11 August 2026.
