Brazil coach Tite has resigned from his role after his side’s shock 2022 FIFA World Cup exit against Croatia.
Tite, 61, had been with Brazil since June 2016 and was in charge of 81 games, losing just seven.
However, after back-to-back quarter-final exits at the World Cup he announced his resignation.
Under Tite, Brazil won 61 games, drew 13 and lost just seven.
He won the 2019 Copa America with the Selecao but many thought he’d be able to guide them to their sixth World Cup title after his side went unbeaten through the South American qualifiers.
