Bonang Matheba Opens Identity Theft Case Against Zimbabwean Lover

OMG, these are some serious allegations. The alleged founder of House Of BNG, Bonang Matheba, has recently been fighting with those around her, not forgetting that she’s been vocal about it.

A few days later, she joined SAns to call out the Minister of Sports, Arts, and Culture of South Africa, Nathi Mthethwa, to agree to spend R22-million on a massive South African flag. And then right after she went to tell her her fans and followers that she couldn’t wait to disclose information about Davin Phillips (her former manager) and everything he put her and her family through.

Now it appears that her new bae who has been allegedly sponsoring her American stay has done her dirty and even went as far as ghosting her after promising heaven and earth. According to City Press, Bonang’s relationship with a former business associate — a Zimbabwean businessperson — soured when she filed a theft case against him in March. The Zimbabwean businessman was accused by the media personality of stealing her documents and attempting to obtain a visa for her without her consent.

A source disclosed that the two were in a romantic relationship with Bonang.

“The complainant alleged that on Tuesday, March 15, she received a call informing her that someone had used her personal documents while trying to apply for a visa for her without her consent,” read the statement according to the publication.

“The suspect who used to work with her is in possession of her personal documents,” read the statement.

The source further went on to say the charges against the businessman were baseless. This is because he had planned a romantic trip to the United Kingdom for himself and Bonang in March. After a fallout, he allegedly ended up ghosting Bonang.

“However, the two had fallen out and the trip was put on hold. The businessperson had eventually ghosted Matheba. He doesn’t want anything to do with her, he blocked her everywhere on his phone a long time ago,” said a source to City Press.

The two reportedly started dating late in 2021 after the media personality returned to South Africa from her one-year stay in New York.

Shame, shame, shame!
