Bianca Naidoo wins court case as late Riky Rick’s estate executor. Not so long ago, she made all sorts of headlines when she turned to the courts to be given the power to be the executor of the late singe Riky Rick. Of late Bianca, Jade Naidoo has had court battles with Joburg Master of the High Court and Home Affairs Minister Aaron Motsoaledi to secure her late husband’s estate.

The celebrated and multi-award-winning singer died a few months ago after he lost his battle with depression. He was found hanging in his home. The bubbly Bianca turned to the courts after the Joburg Master of the High Court and Home Affairs Minister Aaron Motsoaledi to court after allegedly barred her from making decisions on the late Riky Rick estate.

In the wake of her untimely death wanted to be regarded as the late artist’s wife and executrix of Riky Rick’s million-rand estate. Before his death, the megastar had secured endorsements from Vaseline, Kiwi, African Bank and Russian Bear. On top of that, he was a celebrated self-made millionaire with several properties across South Africa. Confirmed reports have it that he died intestate, which means he did not have a will at the time of his untimely death.

However, Bianca wanted to own her late husband’s rights, from endorsement deals to properties. It seems like she has finally won her court battle that has since soiled her reputation.

Well, Bianca has now been recognized as the executor of her deceased partner’s estate. Bianca said at the time of the rapper’s death; they had already established a financial interdependence together. She was working with him as both directors of Makhado Agency (Pty) Ltd.

“The deceased and I thus established a financial interdependence because I performed all the administrative tasks related to the deceased’s duties as entertainer/musician until his untimely death. The deceased and I enjoyed emotional and financial inter-dependence by also inter alia registering and running successful commercial businesses together, which include the Legends Barber as well as Cotton Fest.

Both I and the deceased were directors of Makhado Agency (Pty) Ltd, which we operated together in all respects. The deceased and I also enjoyed the benefits as life partners as members of my medical aid scheme who regarded us as life partners,” read the papers.

She said their “common intention together with the deceased was to validate our marriage in accordance with civil law.”
