Introduction
Looking for 80 candidates to fill retail positions as Bank Brand-Ambassadors

30 in Capetown and;

50 in Gauteng.

The Programme is registered with the W&R SETA. Learners have the privilege of being mentored and coached by extremely qualified mentors during your workplace experience.

When you join the Learnership Programme you will become part of a 12-fixed term contract.

You will start off with the study component for the first month and then move into the workplace for 11 months; this will allow you maximum exposure to real-life on-the-job scenarios and situations in order to assist you to make an informed career choice.

At the end of the programme, you will graduate with a W&R SETA accredited qualification and a year worth of work experience, making you a more valuable candidate for future positions.

Duties & Responsibilities
As a Bank Client Brand Ambassador, employed by XO Education (the Company) and working within a designated store, you will be representing the TymeBank brand to customers of the Bank.

You will be required to:

Represent the Bank brand in a professional manner, and to provide accurate company information to customers and prospective customers.
Support and guide customers in the use of relevant technology and facilities related to Bank products.
Inform customers about product features and benefits and be able to answer any queries on Bank products, on-boarding processes and other processes available.
Provide customers with information about the Bank.
Attend to front line technical or diagnostic problems with the Bank kiosks.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric with Mathematics/Maths Literacy

Package & Remuneration
R3800.00 – R 4000.00
