While Bafana Bafana failed to qualify for the current FIFA World Cup finals in Qatar, South Africa has been to three World Cups and iDiski Times looked at which Bafana players performed the best overall.
In the latest edition of iDiski Times, we selected the overall best Bafana XI.
Bafana have never progressed from the group stages, so overall have played nine games at World Cups, winning two, drawing four and losing three. Twice, in 2002 and 2010, they missed out on the knockout rounds due to goal difference/goals scored.
