Ayanda Ncwane faces backlash over alleged skin bleaching

Ayanda Ncwane is trending online after social media users accused her of bleaching her skin.

Screenshots from a recent video of the businesswoman made the rounds on X, sparking a wave of comments and criticism.

While Ayanda has always been known as light-skinned, viewers pointed out visible redness on her face and uneven pigmentation on her forehead, which appeared darker than the rest of her body.

One user even shared an old photo of the TV personality to support their claims, suggesting she had deliberately lightened her complexion.

The post was captioned: “This is how she looked before… beautiful with her natural skin tone. Now she looks like some Nigerian old woman, she even has ‘Christian’ BBL.”

Another user weighed in, saying: “In person it’s way worse. Saw her on a flight recently and she was grey and red.”

Others echoed the sentiment, with one adding: “Yes, I saw an old picture. She is just a normal shade of brown in complexion, she’s not light-skinned at all from that pic, so she is bleaching strong it seems.”
