Bafana Bafana will have two of their players plying their trade in the Saudi Pro League this season.

BAFANA BAFANA ATTACKER OFF TO SAUDI ARABIA

This comes after Esperance de Tunis reached an agreement with Saudi Arabian outfit Al-Hazem for Elias Mokwana.

According to iDiski Times, Mokwana will spend the current campaign on loan at Al-Hazem pending medicals.

Mokwana is expected to travel to Saudi Arabia this weekend to complete his medicals and sign on the dotted line.

The speedy former Sekhukhune United winger won a domestic treble with Esperance in his debut season last term.

The 26-year-old contributed seven goals and four assists in the 38 competitive matches he played for the Tunisian giants.

He will become the second Bafana Bafana player to move to the Saudi Pro League after Mohau Nkota over a month ago.

Nkota joined Al-Ettifaq from Orlando Pirates in what is reported to be a multi-million Rand deal.

The two players – Mokwana and Nkota – have been included in the Bafana Bafana preliminary squad for the upcoming FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Nigeria.
